What is the "healing range"?
As the RBTI matured over the years, various consultants
repeatedly rediscovered Reams' original instructions
that the most consistent way to restore someone to "Range A" was to
have them concentrate on maintaining their sugars, urine pH, saliva
pH, and salts steadily within narrow parameters that allow the
highest possible energy for their body to undergo a thorough rebuilding.
Staying within the parameters is fairly easy when one is equipped
with proper water, lemon, supplements, and guidance from a RBTI
consultant.
The rebuilding is easy to monitor. During
the process, the cell debris will stay in the 4M range to show
continual
replacement of old cells. Likewise, the urea is to stay in the
16-19 area. Note that there are certain cautions to be
observed to guard against potassium shortages.
As the body nears the completion of rebuilding, the cell debris
will slowly fall to its perfect Range A (.04M) and the urea will
gradually drop down
to its perfect Range A (3/3).
Dr. Reams clearly instructed his students that the body can
continue to gain reserve energy once the urea is stabilized at 3/3.
Never forget that the purpose of the RBTI is to gain energy.
A major side benefit to many people is that during this process,
one's weight will automatically approach their genetic ideal as the
sugar is held to Range A (1-2 Brix).
Clicking the black and white thumbnail on the left will take you
to a larger size version of Dr. Challen Waychoff's Range Chart as he
originally obtained it from Dr. Reams. Clicking the middle
image will take you to Dr. Manthei's modified Range Chart which shows
the healing range cross-hatched. Clicking the color thumbnail
on the right will take you to Dr. Beddoe's modified Range Chart.
Although Dr. Beddoe has chosen to indicate his "swing" range by
colored blocks, I have added two yellow lines to help the reader
understand the concept of "staying in the healing range".
Close study allows the reader to understand that
the charts ultimately say much the same thing. Drs. Waychoff, Manthei and Beddoe are to be
commended for producing such clear visual guides designed to help
people easily comprehend the inner workings of the Reams Biological
Theory of Ionization.
Beware, though, a confusion that sometimes arises
in that people mistakenly assume that bringing one's body into the
healing range means they are no longer sick. That is not the
case at all. The following letter from a Reams family member
with many years of RBTI experience helps greatly to clarify this
point:
| "The submitted numbers ARE in the healing
range. Medical tests are not designed to pick up healing
ranges. They only tell us what is normal, and normal is the
average of all. Body chemistry in the healing range does not
mean that a person is almost well. It means that the
environment is now provided in which healing can take place.
Medical doctors know little about the requirements for that
kind of environment. They only know statistics, averages,
and norms.
A person's body chemistry in the healing
range does not mean that the person will survive. It means
that the person has a better chance to survive. It means
that where there was no chance before, there now is a
chance. There are things that still can go wrong. Healing
takes a lot of energy. If the person who needs to heal does
not get complete bed rest with a minimal amount of exertion,
the body will not heal. If that person does not eat the
correct diet to keep the numbers in the healing range, their
body will not heal. If the person does not drink the correct
amount of the right type of liquids as indicated by their
test numbers, their body will not heal. And even IF the
person gets complete bed rest, and eats and drinks
everything he/she should, that is still no guarantee that
they will get well. That person may be so ill that the
healing process is too great a strain on the heart. In those
cases, that person will not live. However, every case that I
ever saw where the person did not live, they died gently,
without pain. Even when there is no hope, having body
chemistry in the healing range removes the painful scourge
of disease. Our experience has shown us that 85-90% of the
people who take advantage of that chance to survive, do
survive.
Having one's body chemistry in the healing
range is not a guarantee for recovery. It is only a
guarantee for hope. Without that guarantee for hope, there
is nothing.
I hope this clears up some of the
confusion." |
