Would I do it again like that ? No. Because you need all the numbers to paint a picture.
Amen to that...
Over the years I have watched frustrated people get more frustrated when they come here to try to gather RBTI advice based on a couple of numbers and it appears the whole group screams, "Whoa---you need all 7 numbers!"
Actually those "screams" are acts of love. They come from wise old members who know a little about how the body really works and who are aware how easy it is to go down a wrong path when someone uses only a few numbers. For instance, someone who knows about the sugar/salt ratio can get comfortable with their "good" or "OK" ratio until they read this paragraph from the Rob Owen transcript where Reams is speaking...

You cannot make a case on one number alone. If the salt reading is really low you have to see what the others are doing. The cause may be that the body is storing salt rather than dumping it because all you're testing is what the body is dumping, so look at all the numbers, see the picture. You could have a low salt and be storing it and you can have a high salt and be storing it also. But you could also have a low salt and be dumping it too because you're flushing it out. So you have to look at all the numbers and see what they're saying.

In a perfect world, anyone who wished to use RBTI to move higher health-wise could simply go to the pharmacy, get in line, and then pay a small fee to have full analysis. After a quick call to a consultant, they would have solid advice on how to make things a lot better.
We obviously live in a less than perfect world. This forum is a good place to gather ideas, hints, tips, and contacts. The best advice will come from your consultant.
