| GARDNER SUPPLEMENT CHART FOR ______________ (for evaluation by your RBTI consultant) | |||
| FIRST: Build a chart. Conduct urine/saliva pH tests on arising. Make further tests at 10 AM, 11 AM, 2 PM, and 4 PM. Record the test results in your chart for a minimum of 3 days. | |||
|
Chart mostly 5.5 to 6.5 pH ~800 units vitamin D ½ hour before meals and at bedtime ~250 units of vitamin C ½ hour before meals and at bedtime ~2 Cal II during meals |
Chart mostly 6.5 to 7.5 pH ~2 calcium lactate during each meal ~Enough vitamin C between meals to force the alkaline condition to near 6.0 (note 1) |
Chart mostly 4.5 to 5.5 pH ~800 units vitamin D ½ hour before meals and at bedtime ~2 Cal II during meals |
Chart mostly urine pH too acid & saliva
pH too alkaline ~calcium lactate ~vitamin D |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. A persistent high alkaline condition (7.0-8.5) indicates a need to cleanse the colon via colonics. 2. Cal II and/or vitamin D raise the pH whereas calcium lactate and/or vitamin C lower the pH. 3. Your chart is designed to assist in adjusting pH and is not a comprehensive chart for all mineral needs. If you wish to continue to use the chart for an extended period, simply "look back" to the previous 3 days. 4. All numbers of the equation are important in the RBTI. Maintaining a 6.4/6.4 is merely a part of trying to stay in Dr. Manthei's "healing range" that includes keeping the Brix between 1 & 2 as well as keeping the Salts (C) between 5 & 12. 5. Remember: the pH will vary until the reserve energy is built up. In the meanwhile, keeping the pH near perfect will help assimilate calcium. The pH stability will gradually improve as the digestion improves. |
