RBTI AND WATER
QUESTION: I am not feeling as well as I would like and I'm thinking of trying the RBTI methods. Does the RBTI have a recommended diet? ANSWER: If you mean a one size fits all diet, the answer is, well, yes and no. While any individual's diet is by necessity going to be arranged around their individual RBTI numbers, there are some general guidelines.
