The RBTI analysis is based on seven factors, which when arrayed correctly are known as "The equation for perfect health." The developer, Carey Reams, always taught that no number was perfect unless all numbers are perfect and he refused to even attempt counseling anyone without all seven. However, in recent years a document known as John's List surfaced that appears to trace back to McCoy's health food store. McCoy was a great friend of Reams and provided the land for the Blue Ridge Retreat.
There is a hunger for RBTI instruction on "what should I eat." In every sense of the word, instructions for eating are really a fad unless the client has a RBTI analysis to guide them. John's List is only slightly intended to guide anyone about what to eat. It is as much designed to help alert a client to what they should not eat based on their consultant's directions. In other words, if the consultant advised the client that they were a bit high in something like urine pH, the client might examine the chart and understand they could slightly increase walnuts, popcorn, cornbread, corn syrup, etc even as they decreased almonds, bananas, apple juice, acerola powder, or black cherry juice.
Therefore, the chart is provided as experimental with disclaimer. Always listen to your consultant.
